Renfert, a company with a traditionally strong and pronounced sense of quality awareness, was one the first dental companies to qualify for the DIN ISO 9001 certification, in as early as 1994. Since 2004 Renfert has been certified in compliance with the quality standard EN ISO 13485 and is regularly examined by an independent body.
Our demands on quality however, exceed the basic quality standards. It is only through our continual, on-going thought and consideration from the first development step onwards, throughout the entire range of products and production processes, right up to after-sales-services, that we are able to maintain our consistently high standard of quality in material and functionality.
Close contact to our customers is indispensible. Before new products are introduced onto the market, they are not only tested intensively by us.
Worldwide, our products are tested under real conditions in test laboratories and practices. Only those products which pass this type of endurance test have a chance of entering into the market in the future.
