To further optimize the transfer properties and enhance practicability, the innovative rubber mat on the Vibrax has two different degrees of hardness.

A special technique was employed to manufacture the edge of the vibrator platform using a softer material (30 Shore) than that used for the platform (80 Shore).

To prevent an impression tray “jumping“ on the harder surface, the technician can place the tray on the softer surface to optimize pulsation transfer using considerably less force.

On the other hand, pulse transfer to a casting ring or duplicating mould should be as direct as possible as, especially with duplicating moulds, the silicone dampens the pulses.

No tool is lost with the Vibrax. The Allen key, used for dismantling and cleaning the hand switch, is always there where it should be.
