Efficient sandblasting

Fine sandblasting

Sandblasting is not simply blasting...even if it has been often thought of as such.

Good blasting quality on the one hand, low consumption on the other: These are the demands placed on an appliance that will serve users well in everyday laboratory work.

Whether in focussed blasting, performance reliability or sandblasting material consumption, Renfert which took the first place.

This has now been scientifically proven by a study which was carried out by the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences.

A focussed jet prevents materialshooting past the object. Instead, more particles per unit of area hit the surface within the designated space. Hence, the surface is cleaned more thoroughly.

But not enough:

Without a focussed jet, the abrasive consumption for other sandblasters reaches in part some astronomic levels.  For some other devices the costs of abrasive consumption are up to 6-times higher than those of Renfert.

Automatic Recycling Sandblasting

Why carry out a process manually when it could be done almost entirely automatically?

The Vario jet is an ideal recycling sandblasting unit for efficient sandblasting.

The facts, 50% blasting sand saved and 50% time saved beckon you here. All of this with extremely quick amortisation of the acquisition costs at only 3-4 cast metal denture frameworks per day.
