The satisfaction of our customers is not simply important, our creative activities are based on it. It confirms us in what we do and drives us always to become even that little bit better.

This begins with support during order processing and commitment with delivery deadlines, extending from checking export regulations to help in preparing documentsand authorization. We would be happy to tell you what is required for which shipment, clarify questions about product numbers and data sheets – and much more.

In short, if you have a question, we will give you the answer. And we also provide this in over 6 languages, because our customers can be found all around the world. You can contact us from 8:30 to 17:00 hours (in the US from 8:00 to 4:30 cst.). Your requirements are generally fulfilled immediately, but at the latest within 24 hours. This is provided by a well-coordinated service team in which one colleague supports the other. Everything is for the service and interest of our customers.

  3. Please send us the damaged goods only after consulting us back.
