Transport damage

Should goods arrive in damaged condition, please observe the following points to ensure the damage is covered and settled through the transport insurance policy.

1) If the damage is visible on the exterior, be sure to request acknowledgment of this by the delivery agent and accept the item only with reservations. Photograph the delivered item, both the exterior and interior.

2) Is the damage not visible on the exterior and you only discovered it after having opened the package? Photograph the delivered item, both the exterior and interior.

3) Leave the item in its original state and do not use it under any circumstances.

4) Send an e-mail to claim@renfert.com and specify the delivery note no. (VLI……). Please include the photos (see 1 or 2 above) as attachments. We will process your case promptly.
