Polishing kit for 3D-printed materials

The Renfert Polish 3D-printed materials starter kit is specially developed for polishing 3D-printed materials. It contains a polishing paste developed specifically for this purpose, as well as the appropriate polishers, which are perfectly suited to the respective applications to ensure a flawless finish on filament-printed restorations made of PMMA and PETG, as well as on crowns and bridges made of resin.

Tip

To achieve a long-lasting high gloss, ensure the surface is clean between each polishing step. Residues of grinding dust or polishing agents can compromise the result and cause unnecessary scratches.  Thorough cleaning between pre-polishing, polishing, and high-gloss polishing is essential for an optimal finish.

A specially coordinated starter kit for Renfert Polish 3D-printed materials diamond polishing paste.

It contains the polishing paste (13 g) as well as the relevant polishers, which are ideally designed for the respective applications to ensure flawless polishing results for filament-printed restorations made of PMMA and PETG, as well as for crowns and bridges made of resin.

Renfert Polish 3D-printed materials polishing paste 13 g (Art. No. 5104000), incl.1 pc. Prepolisher 3D top 17 mm (lamellar polisher) (Art. No. 880000) for pre-polishing the occlusal surfaces, 1 pc. Prepolisher 3D side (wheel) 26 mm (Art. No. 870000) for pre-polishing the lateral surfaces and 1 pc. Bison polishing brush 18 mm (Art. No. 7661000) for high gloss polishing, 1 pc. Leather buff 22 mm (Art. No. 2081000) as well as 1 pc. Cotton buff 22 mm (Art. No. 2051000).
