SIMPLEX filaments tray are specialized dental filaments designed to produce custom impression and functional trays using 3D filament printing. Our filaments ensure biocompatible safety, excellent processing properties and consistent pigmentation. Developed for dental laboratories and dental offices, they enable fast, clean, and cost-efficient production of trays—without the need for extensive post-processing, chemical cleaning, or light curing. Whether for standard impressions or complex implant cases, the results are consistently precise and reproducible.

Scope of delivery:
HARDWARE - SIMPLEX 2 SX 3D filament printer incl. micro SD card, SD card adapter, service set, device connection cable 230V, Quick Start Guide, operating instructions // // SOFTWARE - SIMPLEX slice studio – The slicer software reliably converts 3D data into printable G-code commands. The centerpiece are smart dental presets that coordinate filament type, nozzle, print bed, and indication. Instead of manually setting individual parameters, users simply select the desired application – for example, “custom impression tray” or “temporary restoration.” The software takes care of the rest: from nozzle temperature and layer thickness to print speed, object positioning, and alignment on the print bed.

SIMPLEX 2 SX basic service contract

Description:

The SIMPLEX 2 SX basic service contract is concluded in connection with the purchase of a SIMPLEX 2 SX printer and applies to that specific device. The contract is between Renfert GmbH and the end customer. The current version of Renfert’s General Terms and Conditions (GTC) applies. ONLY AVAILABLE IN GERMANY 

Scope of delivery:
On-site one-off installation, instruction and initial start-up of the SIMPLEX 2 SX. One-off instruction in the SIMPLEX slice studio slicing software. Access to the self-help portal myRenfert / Personal service dialogue with Renfert GmbH – after registration in the self help portal myRenfert. On-site repair service (after evaluation of repair options by Renfert GmbH, excluding travel time, travel costs, labor, and materials). Free updates (bug fixes and minor improvements) for the SIMPLEX 2 SX 3D filament printer and SIMPLEX slice studio software (“Minor Release”).
